What Is Fitness?

4 HOUR BODY
The 4HB nutrition program is designed for the athlete ready to make minor changes that lead to huge results! I personally incorporated the fundamentals found from Tim Ferriss' book, 4 Hour Body, and have seen a decrease in body fat and inches.

Key components of 4HB:
  • Eat within 1 hour of waking
  • Consume protein and/or fat every 3 hours
