Personally I love training with 1 or 2 other people to enhance the level of accountability and to have someone to encourage me, sweat with me, and have fun. Training in a small group with a personal trainer offers the benefits of 1-on-1 training with half the cost. Lots of attention and more bang for your buck. Personal Training is a great way to have 1-on-1 time with a highly skilled coach. All of Relentless Training coaches are talented, motivated, and have a strong desire to help people obtain their fitness goals!

Each session is 1 hour and can be done in-home or at a local track.

  • Measure body fat, inches
  • Food logging
  • Nutritional suggestions
  • Goal setting
  • Motivational but honest feedback via email every week
  • Chosen # of workouts (4,6,8,10, or 12 to be completed within 4 weeks.) I will schedule the sessions in advance to ensure completion. Additional workouts can be purchased later in the month if the client would like them.
  • Remeasure at the beginning of each month to ensure appropriate direction and make any adjustments if necessary.
  • Level 10 customer service. I promise to provide the most extraordinary personal training experience you have ever had.

1-on-1 training- $65/session
Groups of 2 training- $110/session ($55/person)
Groups of 3 training- $150/session ($50/person)

4-week online personal training is ideal for the athlete looking to up the ante on their weekly workouts while still keeping the autonomy with working out alone.  This is the perfect graduation from the 20 Day Relentless Pursuit e-book or anyone who consistently works out but needs an added level of accountability.

You are hiring a personal trainer, and I am available to you during the week via email to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Additional phone calls during the 4-week training cost $15 per 15 minutes.

  • 3 CrossFit style workouts per week with videos if needed
  • 1 Endurance/Track workout per week
  • 30 minute initial phone call to discuss goals, nutrition, & answer any questions
  • Body composition sheet to record measurements on your own 
  • Weekly emails
 PRICE: $100 per 4 weeks

PRICE: $200 per 4 weeks if additional nutrition coaching is needed via meal plans and weekly food log check-in.
