Accomplish Anything

When you develop yourself to the point where your belief in yourself is so strong that you know you can accomplish anything you put your mind to, your future will be unlimited. -Brian Tracy

A year ago I sat down with Jeremy and we started painting the picture of what is to come with Relentless Boot Camp. Each passing day the goals set forth are becoming more and more real. From boot camp growth, to new coaches, to in-home personal training, to corporate wellness, to developing a global brand...the possibilities are unlimited. The simple action of taking pen to paper makes the above quote a reality. I have no doubt our dreams will be accomplished and then some!

Do you believe you can accomplish anything you put your mind to? I dare you to try!

I AM

Thanks to RX Star the below quote was featured on picture of mine by Tim Bougie. I absolutely love what it says. The timing could not be more perfect for everything in my life this very moment. The statements below are my mantra-- not just in the physical realm but also in my career and mental attitude.

I am CREATING
BECOMING.
Powerful in my STRENGTH.
MY vision is emerging into my venture.
My inner drive of determination is
combining forces with my indomitable willpower of force.
The voice of question is rising to a mindset
of action to DO.
Busting with EXuberance TO be unstoppable.

That is what I AM when I AM POWERFUL.

Who I am...

Who I am is the possibility of being...

a dynamic leader, love, emotionally available, financially free, a successful entrepreneur, vulnerable, empowering, inspiring, present, a strong & fearless woman, extraordinary, confident, 100% fulfilled, satisfied, lovable, wanted, glamorous, diversity, compassion, momentum, effortless leadership, magic, open to grace.

Over the past year I have learned the more I declare what I want and simply put it out into the world, transformation happens right before my eyes. The possibilities are endless.

Who you are is the possibility of _____(fill in the blank)_________.

Dreaming to Reality.

Carly, Michelle, Me, & Michelle at the Paramount Gala.
Part of Team Relentless Boot Camp at Fight for Air Climb
"Don't be afraid of the space between your dreams and reality. If you can dream it, you can make it so." -Belva Davis

I love the moments when you pinch yourself, because you almost can't believe how great life is at the moment. Saturday was one of those days where 2 years ago I could only dream to have a day so fun and rewarding----Racing to the top of a building. Meeting new people excited to get in better shape. Dancing around on a stage at 8am to warm-up people for Fight for Air. Track workout with Coach Jess. Celebration lunch at Polvos. Fabulous evening at the Paramount with Smokey Robinson in concert. Birthday celebration with fellow Relentless boot camper, Norma.

Now it's a reality.  I simply want to say a big THANK YOU to all my friends and clients. Each of you have truly changed my life.

AmazeBalls

I was in the mood for something different for dinner last night; however, I refused to go to the store, because I knew I had items in the house I could use. I made a hodge-podge version of Mark's Daily Apple Primal Meatballs.

Since I was only preparing for one and had random food & spices, I combined the following from my fridge:
5oz grass-fed beef
1 egg
1/4 cup coconut flour
Chili powder, salt, pepper, thyme, oregano, parsley

I mushed everything together, rolled into balls, and fried them up in 1 piece of bacon and 1TB of coconut oil. I paired the meatballs with brussels sprouts and shredded zucchini. I texted one of our CrossFit clients a picture of dinner and she wrote back, "AmazeBalls."

ENJOY!

Med ball clean Race

The MWF 8:30am class at Lake Pointe is 3 spots away from completely selling out! These ladies join class and then bring their friends to jump on the fitness train too. The energy is contagious.

We ended class today with a med ball clean circle race. The ladies were split into 2 teams and raced to complete 40 med ball cleans as a team. It was a close finish but the team on the left won.

How has joining Relentless Boot Camp changed your life? I know it's done wonders for Michelle Trudo who attends our Barton Hills Elementary class. I invite you to come showout with me and other clients and coaches at Lanai tomorrow, May 12th, from 5:00-7:00pm. Who will be the 1st to do a super burpee in public?

My Feel GREAT List

Quoted from the book Language of Letting Go by Melody Beattie.

Feeling Good:

Make yourself feel good.

It’s our job to first make ourselves feel better and then make ourselves feel good. Recovery is not only about stopping painful feelings; it is about creating a good life for ourselves.

We don’t have to deny ourselves activities that help us feel good. Going to meetings, basking in the sun, exercising, taking a walk, or spending time with a friend are activities that may help us feel good. We each have our list. If we don’t, we’re now free to explore, experiment, and develop that list.

When we find a behavior or activity that produces a good feeling, put it on the list. Then, do it frequently.

Let’s stop denying ourselves good feelings and start doing things that make us feel good.
Today, I will do one activity or behavior that I know will create a good feeling for me. If I’m uncertain about what I like, I will experiment with one behavior today.
_________________________
After reading this passage I was inspired to write the list below. This is everything (in no particular order) that makes me happy. At times I find myself denying certain things on this list to justify an ends to a mean. I was reminded today that only brings me discontent and sadness. I will continue to strive for balance and create the best life ever.

My Feel GREAT List:
  1. Sister Goddess hang outs
  2. Hanging out with friends
  3. CrossFit workouts
  4. Journaling
  5. Track workouts
  6. Polvos
  7. Laying in the sun
  8. Weather above 80-degrees
  9. Sunshine
  10. Ritas on a patio

Austin Ellen

Donna attends the Tu/Th 8am Relentless Boot Camp at Barton Hills Elementary. She went to the Ellen show last week and is now known as the Austin Ellen. Check out the story HERE on KVUE news. Nothing like coaching a local celebrity.

What celebrity do you look the most like? I've been told Sarah Jessica Parker and Carrie Grant. It's gotta be the curly hair.
