Megan Parsons is a CrossFit Level I Instructor, has a certification in CrossFit Nutrition, CrossFit Kettlebell, CrossFit Mobility, Underground Strength Training and Trigger Point, and is also Personal Training certified through Cooper Institute.  She is the Managing Director and Coach of Relentless Training powered by CrossFit Central. Megan has taken a basic boot camp program and transformed it into an outdoor training system incorporating 2 separate components--- 4 Week Boot Camps and Athletic Training. She manages 10+ coaches and has grown the outdoor programs to 200+ members over the past 3 years with the help of a dynamic team.

Megan has been involved in sports and fitness her entire life. She grew up running cross country, track, playing basketball, and lifting weights. Her passion is empowering others to embrace exercise and nutrition as a lifestyle. Megan's 1-on-1 and small group training incorporates a lot of track work due to her love, experience, and results fueled from the sport.

Megan prides herself in balance, which encompasses every bit of being a Showout. If she is not having fun competing, working, playing, then she will find a way to mix it up. Megan specializes in nutrition, weight loss, functional and strength training. She graduated from Baylor University with a BS in Exercise Physiology/Health Promotion and received a Masters in Exercise Physiology from Texas Tech University.
