Pumpkin WODs


Go Ale! Keep up the hard work!!

The 6:30AM Tu/Th Deep Eddy Relentless boot camp got in the Fall season spirit with a workout using pumpkins, courtesy of Coach Crystal Nelson. The beauty of CrossFit is that it is functional and fun. Instead of doing the ordinary and using medicine balls and dumbells in class yesterday, we were creative, used pumpkins, and got in an intense workout.

WOD#1: with a partner--
7 pumpkin cleans
Max pushups

WOD#2:
10 stations, all which had pumpkins, consisting of the following:
deadlifts, lateral jumps, pumpkin-to-pumpkin sprints, thrusters, push press, russian twists, situps, plank holds, lunges, virtual pullups
