The 6PM Tu/Th Relentless class at Dick Nichols Park finished off their workout with a post-exercise snack from My Fit Foods. Kim is a Nutritional Consultant with My Fit Foods and brought everyone a Fruit Chicken Cup, which included slices of oranges, apples, grapefruits, grapes and/or blackberries, walnuts, and chicken.
