I'm eating breakfast this morning, watching the Today show, and then stunned/disgusted. Meredith was discussing how "One popular chain restaurant is in hot water after claims that the calories listed on its menus are grossly inaccurate." All the more reason to buy your own groceries, cook creative meals at home, eat Zone/Paleo, and be an informed consumer when eating out. KNOWLEDGE IS POWER.
