When I looked at my blue nail polish today I had a little epiphany, I have the freedom to be me each and every day. The unique qualities of the coaches at CrossFit Central are what makes this community flourish in every capacity.

What makes me ME: My tattoos, my leopard print arm warmers, my ability to cuss like a sailor, and that I'm a big cryer but NOT a baby!
