What an amazing weekend! CrossFit Affiliates from all across the nation were in Austin for the Affiliate Gathering. CrossFit Central had the opportunity to lead over 100 affiliate CrossFit coaches through a 10 minute WOD at Auditorium Shores on Saturday. I realized even more so that day how blessed I am to work with such a phenomenal and talented group of coaches. What we did on Saturday was amazing!A big hoLLLLLLer baller shout out to Crystal, Lance, and Carey for passing the Level II cert on Friday.
