Happy Friday the 13th!!! If you can't tell from my blog, my favorite word is showout. Being the lucky person I am, DJ Unk came out with a song this year all about showin out. I can't wait to see everyone tomorrow morning SHOWIN OUT at the 2nd I am CrossFit workshop.
